On one of the warmer days in February, we took our kids hiking at Fall Creek Falls State Park in Pikeville, Tennessee.  The park is named after the highest free-fall waterfall east of the Mississippi River which is 256 feet tall.  The park is 26,000 acres and has numerous walking and biking trails.  There is also a lodge, camp sites, cabins, a restaurant, playgrounds, and a swimming pool.  Other outdoor activities include zip lining, golfing, or taking a canoe on the lake. The park was a lot bigger than we had originally thought and it had a lot of different activities that you can do with the kids.  Below are some photos of the beautiful views of Fall Creek Falls State Park.

One of the overlooks from the trail. If you look across you can see people standing at the other lookout. That is where the Nature Center is and the suspension bridge.

I was sitting on a rock in the creek and looked up and seen this view, which I thought was so serene.
